In this episode, I am joined by Junior Delgado, Director of Westfield State University's Career Center, and 2020's EACE Conference Committee Chair. We discuss how COVID-19 changed the logistics for the EACE Conference and moved the event online (something very tough for us fellow extroverts). We also discuss tips on networking in a virtual space.
